摘要
参考英文摘要国际标准ISO214-1976(E),针对我国体育期刊英文摘要翻译和写作中主要存在的问题,着重介绍了英文摘要写作内容和文体风格等方面的国际规范和惯例。通过对两篇摘要翻译过程解析的实例,分析了两种不同类型(指示性和报道性)英文摘要的翻译和写作手法。总结了体育期刊英文摘要翻译与写作在时态、语态和人称、句型结构的选用等方面的一些规律。
Eased on ISO214-1976 （E）, the international standard of presenting English abstracts of publications and documentation, in view of the existing problems in abstract translation in domestic sports journals, this paper introduces some rules and conventions on content and style of English abstracts. Taking two abstracts from two different types of literature as examples, the paper analyzes how to make a good and coherent version of translation and comes up with some suggestions on the uses of tense, voice and person, and sentence structure for abstract writing and translation.
