摘要
目的:建立保胎灵的定性定量方法。方法:采用TLC法对保胎灵中的续断、白芍和枸杞子进行鉴别;采用高效液相色谱法C18色谱柱(4.6mm×250mm,5μm);流动相为乙腈-水(10∶90);检测波长为230nm;柱温为40℃;流速为1.0mL·min-1,对保胎灵进行含量测定。结果:薄层斑点清晰,专属性强;芍药苷进样量在0.1572~0.7860μg范围内呈良好的线性关系,回归方程Y=98073.5000X-17548.2000(r=0.9998),平均回收率为100.04%,RSD为0.7%。结论:本方法简便、快速、灵敏、准确,重现性好,可有效控制保胎灵的质量。
Objective: To establish the qualitative and quantitative methods of Baotai Ling. Method: Radix dipsali and Paeony and Medlar were identified by TLC, and Paeoniflorin content in Paeonia was determined by HPLC. Symmetry C18 column(4. 6 mm× 250 mm, 5 μm) was uesd and column temperature was set at 40 ℃. The mobile phase consisted of Acetonitrile-Water( 10: 90) ,with flow rate of 1.0 mL · min^-1. The UV detection wavelength was set at 230 nm. Results:The TLC identification was highly specific and spots were clear. Pseonifiorin showed a good linear relationship in the range of O. 157 2 -0. 786 0 μg, one-dimensional linear regression equation: Y =98 073. 500 0X - 17 548. 200 0(r =0. 999 8) ;The average recovery (n =6) was 100. 04% with RSD 1.7%. Conclusion:The method is simple, rapid, sensitive, accurate and has a good repeatability, and can be used for the quality control of Baotai Ling.
