多杀菌素抗性现状及其机理研究进展

摘要 多杀菌素属于大环内酯类杀虫剂,其独特作用机制,对靶标害虫高效,对非靶标生物安全及低残留、降解快等优势,日益成为作物及蔬菜害虫防治中不可缺少的药剂。近几年,靶标害虫对其抗性发展迅速,已成为害虫综合治理中不可忽视的一面。笔者总结了靶标害虫对多杀菌素的抗性发展现状,并对其产生的机理进行详细的探讨。 Spinosad is a new class of macrocyclic lactone natural product for insect control which shows unique mechanism of action, high efficacy and good selectivity, safety to non-target insects and degradate fast in the environment. Spinosad plays more and more important role in integrated pest management (IPM) . However, recently, the various pests have developed resistance to spinosad. This review summarizes and discusses the resistance and mechanism of spinosad.
