摘要
采用自制净化剂和循环过热相结合的办法,研究了不同净化剂对DZ125高温合金的净化效果,探讨了复合熔盐的净化机理。实验结果表明:采用B2O3玻璃净化剂仅能使合金获得58K的过冷度;而采用复合熔盐净化剂和循环过热相结合净化的方法,则可使DZ125高温合金获得180K的深过冷。
The undercooled DZ125 superalloy was investigated by the method of glass and molten salt purification combined with cycled superheating, the mechanism of purification by compound salt was discussed. The experimental results show that when the B203 glass purifier is used, the undercooling is just 58 K; while the method of molten compound purification combined with cycled superheating is used, a high undercooling degree of 180 K is obtained.
