Casting Process Optimization of Roller on Four-roller Crusher

在生产过程中发现破碎机辊子有缩孔、缩松缺陷,为查明原因,运用View Cast软件对其铸造工艺进行了分析,并对凝固过程进行了模拟。根据模拟结果,对其铸造工艺进行了修改,再次进行凝固模拟,制定出了合适的工艺。结果表明,优化工艺所设置的冒口、冷铁的尺寸和位置是合理的,有效解决了生产过程中出现的问题。

The shrinkage defect was discovered on crushing mill roller. In order to find out the reason causing the defect, View Cast software was utilized to analyze the casting process and simulate the casting solidification processes. Based on this, the design of casting process was optimized and the solidification process was simulated again. The results show that the size and placement of the riser and iron chill are reasonable, the shrinkage defect is eliminated effectively.
