摘要
对微型齿轮正热挤压成形过程进行三维刚塑性有限元模拟,利用三维有限元软件-DEFORM模拟其成形过程中的金属流动充填规律和变形中应力应变、载荷特征,揭示了其微成形过程的变形机理,并通过实验验证和分析,为生产实践提供理论依据。
The forward hot-extrusion forming process of micro-gear was simulated by FEM. The deformation process was simulated with finite element software-DEFORM, the metal flow and filling regularity, stress-strain and load feature were obtained. The deformation mechanism of gear micro-forming was disclosed. The results were analyzed through experiments, which provided theoretical basis for production practice.
