摘要
主要研究了摆动电弧传感器在焊缝跟踪中的焊缝偏差判别方法和算法改进,首先介绍了摆动电弧传感器的基本原理,然后介绍了区间积分比较法,通过对V型坡口的区间积分比较法的分析,说明在焊缝跟踪中有时会出现误判的原因。针对此问题设计了三种解决方案及算法,给出了它们的优缺点和应用范围。最后通过实际的焊缝跟踪实验,验证了改进算法的可行性和有效性。
The method of weld deviation judgment and its algorithm improvement were studied. The basic principles of the swing arcsensors and the region integral comparison method were introduced. Through analyzing the region integral comparison method for the V-type weld, the cause of the error judgment in the seam-tracking was explained. In view of the above three problems, it develope three solution mothods and its algorithm were, inturduce the advantages and disadvantages for theis algorithm. Finally, through the actual seam-tracking experiment, showing that the algorithm is feasible and effective.
