阿尔茨海默病的基因诊断:现状和展望 被引量：3

摘要 痴呆是一组以认知功能损害为核心症状的综合征，患者通常出现记忆、思维、定向、理解、计算、语言等多种高级皮层功能的渐进性损害，这些损害可不同程度地干扰患者的工作、日常生活及社交，最终使患者丧失自理能力。其中以阿尔茨海默病（Alzheimer’Sdisease，AD）最常见。“九五”期间，在北京、上海、成都、西安等地进行大样本人群调查发现。年龄〉65者AD患病率为4．8％。按中国1999年人口年龄构成标化．中国〉55岁人群中，约有310万AD患者。
