全身照射方法在白血病治疗中的应用现况 被引量:1

摘要 全身照射(total body irradiation,TBI)是放疗特殊照射方法之一。自1959年Thomas第1次用TBI预处理方案成功完成了第1例移植后,40多年来TBI因其独特作用已成为异基因和自体基因移植的重要常规治疗的一部分,用于配合化学治疗和骨髓移植或外周血干细胞移植治疗白血病和某些晚期已经全身转移的对放射较敏感的恶性肿瘤。其最主要作用如下:①抑制受体免疫功能,减低受体对移植物的排斥使用,使植入的造血干细胞能成活;②根除机体内残存的恶性肿瘤细胞,尤其是那些位于中枢神经系统、睾丸等一般化疗药物不易到达部位的残存恶性细胞;③彻底破坏受体骨髓,使受体骨髓空虚,以利于植入的造血干细胞生长。现就TBI在白血病中的应用情况综述如下。
