Chinese companies export aluminum wheels to EU with the price higher than the domestic market. Dumping doesn’t occur in essence. The share exporting to EU is less than 8% and also the aluminum wheels for export are low-end products. It will not cause harm to European countries. Therefore, dumping failed to establish.
