葡萄糖转运蛋白-1在婴儿血管瘤诊断中的应用

摘要 目的探讨葡萄糖转运蛋白-1(GLUT1)在婴儿血管瘤组织中的表达,以及对诊断和鉴别诊断的意义。方法对婴儿血管瘤60例、窦状血管瘤6例、血管肉瘤2例、淋巴管瘤10例、血管畸形9例、正常皮肤组织10例应用免疫组化染色EnVision法,检测GLUT1在上述标本中的表达。结果婴儿血管瘤在增殖期、消退期血管内皮细胞中GLUT1均(+),而所有窦状血管瘤、血管肉瘤、淋巴管瘤、血管畸形、正常皮肤组织中的小动静脉和微血管内皮细胞均GLUT1(-)。结论婴儿血管瘤的血管内皮细胞特异性表达GLUT1。GLUT1可用于婴儿血管瘤的诊断,并可作为婴儿血管瘤与其他类型血管瘤和血管畸形鉴别的依据。 Objective To investigate the expression of glucose transporter-1 (GLUT1) in hemangloma of infancy. Methyls 60 cases of infantile hemangioma, 6 sinusoidal hemangioma, 2 hemangiosarcoma, 10 lymphangiomyoma, 9 arteriovenous malformation and 10 normal skin samples were involved in this study. The EnVision immunohistochemical stain was used to detect the expression of GLUT1 protein in these samples. Results In the proliferating stage and the involuting stage endothelial cells expressed GLUT1 .All of the samples from the sinusoidal hemangioma, hemangiosarcoma, lymphangiomyoma, arteriovenous malformations and normal skin had no expression of GLUT1. Conclusions Hemangioma of infancy is composed of GLUT1 positive endothelial ceils. Therefore, GLUT1 expression could be used in diagnosing infantile hemangioma, and distinguishing infantile hemangioma from vascular malformation.
