半导体激光联合单磷酸阿糖腺苷治疗带状疱疹的临床研究

Semiconductor Laser Combined with Ara-A in Treatment of Herpes Zoster:a Clinical Research

目的观察半导体激光联合单磷酸阿糖腺苷治疗带状疱疹的疗效。方法将92例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组46例。治疗组患者静脉滴注单磷酸阿糖腺苷10mg/kg,每日1次,连续7d;在疼痛部位周围选取3～5个痛点同时以半导体激光,直接照射,每点3～5min,每日1次。对照组患者仅静脉注射单磷酸阿糖腺苷,方法同治疗组。结果治疗组在止疱、止痛、结痂时间均显著低于对照(P<0.01),后遗神经痛发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论半导体激光联合单磷酸阿糖腺苷治疗治疗带状疱疹起效快,后遗神经痛发生率低。

Objective To study the efficacy of semiconductor laser combined with Ara-A in treatment of herpes zoster. Methods Ninety-two patients who suffered from herpes zoster were randomly divided into 2 groups. Semiconductor laser combined with Ara-A was used in treatment group and in control group was used Ara-A only. Results The results showed that the average curative time in treatment group was significantly shorter than that in control group （ P 〈 0. 01 ）. The incidence of postherpetic neuralgia （PHN） was significantly lesser in treatment group （ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusions Semiconductor laser combined with Ara-A is used in treatment of herpes zoster and shows good responses rapidly, which reduce the rate of PHN.
