Witnessing 30 Years:Several Key Words in the History of Fine Arts Narration in Guangdong

作为广东美术发展进程中参与者、出力者,二三十年来亲历和见证了广东美术行程的许多重要事件,历历在目的同时,其中也包涵着笔者多年努力的一份汗水。时过境迁,虽然成了在北京的广东人,依然从事着学术与研究,但而今重作省视,却感到毋论角度与判断都与以往明显有别了。时光是流水,会洗刷历史的浮尘。回头望去,30年广东美术叙事史,分明是由一连串重要的人和事件衔接而成的。这里分别撷出"冰兄之夜"、广东美术馆、《广东美术家》、艺术博览会、岭南精神等几个关键词。

As a participant and contributor in the development of fine arts in Guangdong, the present author has experienced and witnessed many important events. The whole process is still fresh in my memory and contains many years of hard work. Although I am now a Cantonese in Beijing still working at academic research, I feel the distinct difference both in perspective and judgment. Time is like flowing water that takes away the dust of history. In retrospect, the 30 - year - history of Fine Arts Narration in Guangdong is connected by a series of important persons and events. Here I choose several key words, such as ＂ Bingxiong Night＂ , Guangdong Museum of Art, Guangdong Fine Artists, Art Exhibition, Lingnan Spirit.
