摘要
目的观察妊娠高血压综合征大鼠造模过程中脉搏波传导速度的变化。方法将24只妊娠雌性大鼠随机分为2组,造模组12只利用寒冷刺激诱发妊娠高血压综合征,对照组正常常规喂养,在妊娠第1、7、14 d分别测定2组大鼠的收缩压、尿蛋白及脉搏波传导速度(PWV)。结果妊娠第1 d 2组收缩压及PWV均正常(P>0.05),尿蛋白均阴性;第7 d造模组收缩压稍有升高,与对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),尿蛋白弱阳性,PWV明显增快,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);第14 d造模组收缩压明显升高,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),尿蛋白阳性,PWV增快,但与本组第7 d比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论PWV可以早期反映大鼠妊娠高血压综合征的发生。
Objective To investigate the changes of conduction of velocity of pulse wave in process of establishing rat model with hypertension syndrome of pregnancy. Methods 24 female rats of conception were randomly divided into two groups. 12 rats of hypertension syndrome of pregnancy were induced by cold stimulation in model group. Rats in control group ( n = 12) were fed by conventionally. Contractive pressure, urine protein and conduction of velocity of pulse wave (PWV) were detected D1, D7 and D14 after pregnancy in two groups. Results Contractive pressure and PWV were normal in D1 after pregnancy in two groups ( P 〉 0.05 ). Urine protein was negative in two groups. Contractive pressure in model group was increased in comparison with that in control group ( P 〉 0.05 ) D7 after pregnancy. Urine protein was weak positive in model group. PWV in model group D7 after pregnancy was faster than that in control group ( P 〈 0.05 ). Contractive pressure in model group D14 after pregnancy was significantly increased in comparison with that in control group ( P 〈 0.05 ). Urine protein was positive in model group. There was no obvious difference between D7 and D14 after pregnancy on PWV ( P 〉 0.05 ). Conclusion PWV can early reveal development of hypertension syndrome of pregnancy in rats.
