目的探讨进一步搞好消毒供应工作,为医院整体护理质量的提高提供可靠保障的方法和途径。方法从抓好管理入手,以科学的分类方法、严谨的工作态度、严格的制度要求提高消毒供应工作质量。形成以科学(科学分类、科学管理、科学调配)、严谨(态度严谨、操作严谨、作风严谨)、严格(制度严格、管理严格、检查严格)为原则的一整套工作方式。结果使全员工作技能有了很大的提高,制度得到切实执行。同时,提高了设备有效利用率,2008年投诉率从以往的全年平均8次下降到2次。结论科学的分类、严谨的态度、严格的制度是搞好消毒供应工作的有效途径。

Objective To approach deeply well doing a work of sterilization and supply, and provide reliable method and way of nursing quality of hospital. Methods Starting with a good management, enhancing quality of sterilization and supply by scientific classification, religious manner and strict institution. A set of working methods were formed by sciences （scientific classification, scientific management and scientific preparation）, rigor （rigorous manner, rigorous operation and rigorous style） and strict （strict institution, strict management and strict inspection）. Results Full people＇s work skill were enhanced greatly, institution was conscientiously carried on. At same time improving effective utilization of equipment. Complaint rate in 2008 decreased from eight times to two times. Conclusion Scientific classification, religious manner and strict institution are an effective way to do well a work of sterilization and supply.
