石头河水库灌区末级渠系运行管理存在问题与对策

The Problems in the Operation Management of End Step Channels in the Stone River Reservoir Irrigation District and Countermeasures

主要叙述了灌区末级渠系工程运行管理现状以及渠道改造效益评价,提出了灌区末级渠系存在的问题,并针对问题提出了应对措施,进一步说明了加强末级渠系管理对于灌区实现节水灌溉,减轻农民负担,促进农民增产增收以及骨干工程作用的充分发挥等方面的重要意义。

This paper mainly discusses the current situation of operational management of end step channel project in irrigation district and benefits assessment of reconstructed channels, points out problems of end step channel project in irrigation district, and further proposes a series of countermeasures. It is further proved that strengthening management of end step channels plays a critical role in realizing water-saving irrigation, relieving burden upon farmers, enhancing agricultural output and farmers earnings, and bringing full play of key projects.
