浅谈水电工程施工企业的造价管理

Construction Cost Management of Water and Elecricity Project Enterprise

建设工程实行公开招投标以来,由于水利水电工程建筑市场竞争激烈,使最终的中标价偏低,甚至接近或低于成本价,水电企业要生存要发展,全施工过程中的造价管理尤为重要。作者站在施工企业的角度,从工程招投标阶段,合同签署阶段工程施工阶段分别对造价管理的重点作了阐述。

Since the construction project has implemented public move of bid, the competition among water and electricity project enterprises is becoming intense, which causes final bidding prices low, even close to or lower than the cost. Nevertheless, the water and electricity enterprises must survive and develop, the construction cost management in entire construction process becomes especially important. The author elaborated these phases separately, i.e. bidding, contract signing, and project construction from the construction enterprises angle.
