摘要 为了能够在较大风速范围内运行,提高风能利用效率,更好的发挥风机性能,MW级风力发电机组均采用偏航控制,偏航系统是整个风机电控系统的重要部分.作者介绍了偏航控制系统在MW级风电机组中的功能及结构,在此基础上,重点论述了如何在偏航控制系统中实现自动校正、故障报警,以及如何防止重大事故的发生.该系统采用西门子公司的S7-300系列PLC作为主控系统,具有较高稳定性、可靠性.系统自运行以来,各项功能正常,设备运行稳定,完全达到了设计要求. In order to run in a very large wind speed range, to improve energy efficiency, play wind power generators performance betterly, MW wind-mill generators all using the yaw control. The yaw control system is the part of the electric control system. The paper presents the function of the yaw control system in mw wind generators and its structure, on the basis of this, the paper mainly describes how to realize automatic calibration in the yaw control system,fault alarm,and how to prevent major accident happen. This system uses s7-300 series of plc control system of siemens company as the control system, with high stability and reliability, the system's every function works well,and the devices operate steadily since system run into operation, so it has reached the design requirement compeletely.
