摘要
通过对闪存固态盘的组成成本分析,选择以智微公司的JMF602芯片为控制芯片,以三星公司的K9GAG08U0M芯片为存储芯片,构成了一个高性价比的闪存固态盘.测试实验证明:该固态盘的最高读速度为169 MB/s,最高写速度为80 MB/s.其成本价格为其他同容量、不同架构固态盘的1/3.
The cost-effective solid state disk of flash memory base on the cost analysis of the composition, and the choice of JMicron＇s chip JMF602 for the control chips, and the choice of Samsung/s chip K9GAG08UOM for the memory chips. Test results show. the solid state disk is the maximum reading speed of 169 MB/s,the maximum write speed of 80 MB/s. The cost price is other same capacity and different structure solid state disk 1/3.
