摘要
采用二体模型,通过坐标变换把二体问题化为两个单体问题,再分别采用无限深球方势阱和氢原子模型求解,通过一定的近似,得到了ZnO量子点的基态能的近似解析解.
This paper adopts a two-body model, and transforms it into two one-body problems. Then it uses the model of infinite deep spherical potential well and the model of hydrogen atom to solve the problem. By approximate calculation, the analytical solution to the ground state energy of the exciton in ZnO semiconductor quantum dots is obtained.
