摘要 对现有HIsmelt、COREX和FINEX熔融还原工艺及设备进行了分析研究和综合评价,指出了开发新熔融还原技术的原则,介绍了克服高炉炼铁及COREX、HIsmelt熔融还原法存在的缺点的LSM炼铁工艺,应针对目前存在的问题,开发新的熔融还原炼铁技术。 This article analyzed tbe process and equipment of existing HIsmeh, COREX smelting reduction and FINEX technology and gave comprehensive evaluation. It pointed out the principle of developing new smelting reduction technology, that is, aiming at existing problems to develop new smelting reduction ironmaking technology, and introduced LSM ironmaking process that overcame the disadvantages of blast furnace ironmakig, COREX and HIsmeh.
