摘要
莱钢3×265m2烧结机成功设计安装以热管为主要传热元件的余热回收装置,将环冷高温段废气转化为热蒸汽并应用于生产和生活;中温段热废气通过热风罩引入烧结料面,采用环冷机安装平料器、改进密封方式、改造烧结机布料系统、优化工艺操作参数以改善料层透气性等一系列措施,充分利用烧结矿显热资源实现了热风烧结。废气余热的回收利用,大大降低了烧结工序能耗,减少了热源排放,经济效益和环保效益显著。
Laiwu Steel' s 3×265m^2 sintering machine successfully designed and installed the waste heat recovery device of heat pipe heat transfer as the main components, make high temperature above the ring of cold gas into hot steam and applied to production and living; Paragraph in the hot exhaust gas temperature through hot air cover to sintered surface, through adopting a series of measures such as installing cold ring-ping feeder, improving the sealing means, transforming distributing system and optimizing process operating parameters for ameliorating the permeability of sinter bed, sinter take full use of resources to achieve a sensible heat of hot air sintering. The waste heat recovery, greatly reduced the energy consumption of sintering process and heat emissions. Then economic benefits and environmental benefits were significant.
