泰钢1^#高炉长期封炉及扒炉实践

摘要 泰钢1#高炉通过焊补炉壳、堵严风口、装入水渣、降低冷却强度、关闭炉顶大放散等措施实施了封炉操作。因不具备开炉条件,且料线下降了约7m,因此,通过氮气灭炉,炉顶打水凉炉,进行了清理炉料、炉缸的扒炉操作。高炉炉身4层钩头冷却壁以上的砖衬比较完整,炉身下部、炉腰、炉腹部位完全没有砖衬,说明必须根据炉衬的实际工作状况,制定有效的抑制边缘气流的措施并且加强高炉炉身中下部、炉腰、炉腹的冷却制度管理,才能延长一代炉龄。 By repair welding furnace shell, plugging tuyere, input of granulated slag, decreasing cooling intensity and closing the valve of top etc, Taisan Steel' s No.1 BF was banked. Because the blast furnace dido' t have the condition of on-stream and the stock level decreased seven meters about, raking out operation was made by quenching the gas fire and coke in the furnace with nitrogen and decreasing the furnace temperature through top watering. The brick lining on the forth cooling slave was full and there were no the brick lining in the positions of the lower stack, banal and bosh. Therefore, it is important to prolonging a generation campaign life that constituting the measure of inhibiting peripheral gas stream and strengthening the cooling system management for the lower stack, barrel and bosh according to practical work status of the lining.
