加氢装置压力容器首次全面检验与缺陷处理

FIRST COMPREHENSIVE INSPECTION AND DEFECT TREATMENT OF PRESSURE VESSELS IN HYDROGENATION UNIT

根据《压力容器安全技术监察规程》和《压力容器定期检验规则》的规定,对加氢装置214台压力容器进行了首次全面检验。通过检验,发现了压力容器存在的缺陷。对检验发现的缺陷分析处理后,保证了装置的安全运行。

In accordance with the Supervision Regulation on Safety Technology for Pressure Vessel and the Pressure Vessels Periodical Inspection Regulation,the first comprehensive inspection on 214 pressure vessels in a hydrogenation unit is completed,and the defects in pressure vessels are identified,analyzed and treated, thus ensuring the safe operation of the unit.
