摘要
离心式氢气压缩机转速高、结构复杂、振动原因分析难度高。文章从转子动平衡、轴瓦间隙、机组对中、仪表等方面就压缩机振动问题进行了分析,并重点从在线动态监测图谱分析着手,找出了压缩机振动值偏高的主要原因并进行了处理。
Centrifugal hydrogen compressor has problems of high rotating speed,complex structure and high difficulty in vibration cause analysis. This paper analyzes the vibration of compressor from aspects of dynamic balance of rotor, bearing bush clearance,shaft system and instruments,identifies the main reasons for the high vibration of compressor by analyzing the online dynamic monitoring map,and takes some measures to deal with the problem.
