摘要
某制氢装置中变空冷系统入口管线的奥氏体不锈钢高颈法兰热影响区出现了多条穿透性裂纹。通过宏观检查、硬度测试、化学成分、射线检测、金相组织和电镜等检测试验,认为裂纹性质为沿晶应力腐蚀裂纹,并提出了预防措施和建议。
Several penetrated cracks occurred in the heat affecting zone of austenitic stainless steel weld neck flange of medium temperature shift cooling system in a hydrogen plant.Causes of such cracks were analyzed by macroscopic examination, hardness test,chemical composition analysis,X—ray test,metallographic structure and SEM,etc.,and the nature of the cracks was determined to be intergranular stress corrosion cracking.Some precautions and suggestions were proposed.
