摘要
放大电路的性能指标与电路的静态工作点相关,因此偏置电路应当在电路元件参数变化时保持静态工作点稳定。分立元件放大电路中最常用的电阻偏置电路,电阻RE就是用于静态电流IC的稳定。只要工作在放大区,晶体管的性能参数就与晶体管的静态电流IC有关,电路元件参数变化对静态电流IC的影响是研究的重点。
This paper presents the most popular resistive bias circuit, which is the most frequently used biasing arrangement for discrete single-transistor or bipolar amplifiers. Since the small-signal parameters of the transistor are all dependent on the value of Ic, we are concerned mostly with it, as long as the device is in the forward-active region of operation. In this circuit, the presence of RE stabilizes the operating point.
