Nowadays the international finance situation is turbulent and the fluctuation of foreign exchange rates is frequent day by day, thus it becomes a quite acute topic for the export enterprises how to effectively prevent and control unfavorable influence of abnormal fluctuation of foreign exchange rates against financial status and business result of the enterprise by means of strengthening financial management. The paper intends to make analysis upon foreign exchange risk to promote export enterprise to strengthen financial management and to pay attention to as well as strengthen prevention and control over foreign exchange risk.
