Through comparing Marx and Weber＇s different discussion on eapitalism, laboring and human being＇s fate, this paper aims to find the common ground of them, and to refute the traditional eognation that they are onlu oppose and different： So that we can use for reference to probe into the learned comparability and the common spirit of humane care.
