With the further opening of education market, the employment situation of music teacher majors has become increasingly serious, and the requirements of society for music teachers＇ quality have improved constantly. It is an urgent need of music education theoretical research to analyze the theoretical and practical problems existed in the training of music teachers＇ ability in universities, and explore the training strategy of music teachers＇ ability from following aspects： the ideas of training music talents, curriculum construction, and the effective implementation of practical teaching.
