摘要 桩1接转站是一个油、气、水分输的大型接转站,具有处理液量高、原油物性差、管理设备多、工艺流程复杂等特点,自1996年投产以来,由于油田开发的迫切需要,曾先后经历过十余次改造。针对该站工艺、设备老化的实际情况,2005年8月再次进行改造,应用三相分离器技术解决了处理量小、设备工艺老化、自动化程度低的问题,取得了较好的实用效果。 Zhuangl block station is a large scale station which can achieve oil, gas and water separating export. It's characterization contains dealing with high volume of liquid, poor physical property crude oil, management of equipment and more complex features such as process. Since the first production in 1996, due to the urgent needs of oilfield development, it experienced a dozen transformations. In view of its lagging technology and equipment, it was reformed in August 2005. The application of three-phase separator technology resolves the problems such as dealing with low volume of liquid, the aging installation and technique, low degree of automation etc., and has achieved good practical results.
