摘要
防腐层和电保护体系是埋地管道系统完整性的重要组成部分。为了让管道检测部门、运营部门掌握埋地长输管道外覆盖层安全质量状况和电保护的水平,同时为管道完整性管理提供数据支持,通过外防腐层直接评价方法,结合油气管道完整性和检测参量的相关性研究,提出一套外防腐层与电保护整体质量状况的检测与评价方案。该方法能解决当前油气长输管道外防腐层和电保护检测与评价综合问题,已经在国内数条管线应用,效果显著。
The anticorrosion layer and protection system is an important part of the integrity of buried pipeline system. In order to let pipeline detection department and operation department master the safety quality status and level of protection of the buried pipelines outside layer, and provide data support for pipeline integrity management, the paper puts forward a set of anticorrosion layer and the overall quality of the electrical protection＇ s testing and evaluation scheme through direct evaluation method of anticorrosion layer, oil and gas pipeline integrity and correlation study of detection. This method can solve comprehensive problems in the testing and evaluation of gas and oil long - distance pipeline anticorrosion layer. It has been applied in pipelines in China and has achieved remarkable effect.
