In this paper, the development of green roof and its functions, the combination of humanistic thought, culture, biodiversity analysis of three aspects of the Red River in five states and the physical characteristics of the roof greening properties, beneficial to saving energy, economic development for the city or economically less developed cities, especially in the western city of small land and water areas are the role model.
