摘要
指出各种科学有效的施工管理措施是提高企业经济效益的有力保障,分析了在各项管理措施中,最容易出现工地料具管理不到位而造成企业利益受损的现象,并提出应从四个方面狠抓料具管理,提高企业经济效益。
It pointed out that various scientific and effective construction management measures were powerful guarantee to enhance enterprise economic efficiency. The phenomena of easy to make enterprise benefit damage by lack site material and furniture management in various management measures, it proposed that grasping material and fumirure management form four aspects and enhanced enterprise economic efficeney.
