指出设计阶段成本控制对房地产项目投资有重大影响,从设计阶段成本管理措施谈起,针对规划设计、初步设计、施工图设计三大阶段分别提出房地产开发设计成本控制的具体办法,以提高房地产开发效益。

Cost control in design phase has significant influences on investment control of real estate projects. In this paper starting from cost management measures in design phase practical cost control methods in development and design phase of real estate projects are presented from three aspects： planning design, preliminary design and construction documents design, in order to increase economic returns of real estate projects.
