西安电网“十二五”规划有关问题的研究与思考

Research and Consideration on Related Problems of the Twelfth Five-Year Plan for Xi'an Power Grid

结合西安电网现状,分析了目前西安电网在规划理念、发展方式、建设水平等方面存在的差距,研究了西安电网"十二五"规划设计中电网发展方式转变、智能电网的建设、主配网的协调发展、架空线落地、"一户一表"建设与改造及电气化铁路供电等有关重要问题,提出了一些有益的建议。

Combined with the status of Xi＇an power grid, this paper analyzes the disparity existed in planning concept, development mode and construction level in Xi＇an power grid, also studies some important problems in the twelfth five-year plan, such as changing of power grid development mode, construction of smart grid, harmonious development of main grid ＆ distribution network, replacing overhead line with cable, construction ＆ retrofit with one household one water meter and power-supplying for electrified railway. In the end, the paper gives useful suggestions.
