摘要
围绕人才队伍建设这一企业发展的核心问题,结合安康供电局工作实践,分析了供电企业人才队伍现状,提出了人才队伍开发的工作思路并运用于实践,取得了良好的阶段性效果。
Centering on talent team construction, which is a core problem in enterprise development, combined with the practice in Ankang Power Supply Bureau, the situation of talent team in power supply enterprise is analyzed. The working thoughts to develop the talent team are presented ＆ applied to practice, and have achieved good effect.
