摘要
以煤为原料的中型氮肥厂造气老流程的低效率是造成合成氨能耗居高不下的重要原因。本文从固定床间歇煤造气的基本原理入手,分析了吹风和制气2个工艺过程对煤气炉流程设计的不同要求,提出了优化流程应采取的改造手段。
The low efficiency of outdated process of fixed-bed gasification is the main cause resulting in energy consumption high for medium sized coal based ammonia plants. This paper discusses the differences of requirement for two courses, air blow and gasification, puts forward access for process optimizing.
