EBV-LMP1的信号传导通路及与p53的相互作用 被引量:1

摘要 大多数正常人携带的EBV处于静止状态,一旦受到某些诱导因素的刺激,潜伏的病毒被激活,这可能成为与很多疾病相关的病因。LMP1这种非受体蛋白能利用细胞内多种信号传递系统,调节和控制细胞的增生和凋亡,从而在癌变的发生和发展过程中起着重要的作用。p53是一具有促进细胞凋亡作用的重要的抑癌基因,在大多数肿瘤中由于基因突变而表现促癌作用。随着EBV感染与肿瘤相关性研究的深入,发现LMP1与P53蛋白的相互作用在某些肿瘤发生的始动环节上有重要意义。现对LMP1的信号传导通路及与p53的相互作用加以综述。
