AAI和异丙酚效应部位浓度预测全麻意识恢复的临床研究

摘要 ①目的研究异丙酚效应部位浓度与听觉诱发电位指数(A-Line Auditory evoked potential index,AAI)值变化在全麻意识恢复中的作用。②方法28例择期全麻手术患者,全麻维持效应部位浓度异丙酚(propofol effect-site concentration,CePROP)2.5μg/mL,瑞芬太尼2ng/mL,监测AAI、HR、DBP、SBP、SPO_2。手术结束前15分钟停止麻醉药物注射,观察意识恢复时AAI值与异丙酚效应部位浓度。③结果患者意识恢复时AAI为43.0±5.8,异丙酚效应部位浓度为(1.128±0.088)μg/mL,二者相关系数r=-0.800(t=7.020,P<0.001)。④结论AAI与异丙酚效应部位浓度均可作为意识恢复的观察指标,异丙酚效应部位浓度估计意识恢复比较适合临床。
