国际化:广州农村发展创新之路

Internationalization:a new path for Guangzhou countryside

区域经济发展的核心是建设主导产业,主导产业的主要功能之一是参与区际分工和国际分工,是区域国际化的主体力量和标志之一。广州农村是与众不同的一种区域,广州发展国际化的成功经验同样适用于广州农村发展,主要体现在4个方面:一是以乡镇为区域单位,提高乡镇政府"经营"镇域发展的水平和能力;二是实施城乡"产业关联"反哺机制,以广州支柱产业的配套产业和广州专业市场所依托的产业来促进乡镇产业的发展,增强乡镇自我发展的能力;三是以镇域产业专业化和国际化为导向,发展镇域主导产业群体系;四是走专业镇发展模式。

The key to local economic development is its leading industry, one of whose main function is to participate local and international development. Countryside in Guangzhou is a different area, yet the experience of Guangzhou is applicable to Guangzhou countryside too. This is shown in four aspects. 1, to develop towns businesses, 2, to make use of Guangzhou s leading industries for the purpose of improving towns＇ self development ability; 3, toward a specialized and international industry for the towns; 4, to develop specialized industries.
