摘要
组织机构方面的现代公司制度、财务管理方面的利润共享制度、人力资源管理方面的球员"工资帽"限薪政策以及选秀制衡机制、联盟体制方面的各职业体育主体利益协调机制等是北美职业体育发展的主要成功经验。中国现阶段的职业体育不能完全照搬北美职业体育的做法,应结合我国职业体育发展现状及环境,进行本土化改造。
The modern corporate system in the organizational structure, the profit sharing system in financial management, the player "salary cap" salary restricting policy in human resource management, as well as the professional sports main body interest coordination system in the league system, are major successful experiences in the development of professional sports in North America. At the present stage, professional sports in China cannot be developed exactly according to the practices of professional sports in North America, but should subject to local remodeling according to the current development situation of and objective survival environment for professional sports in China.
