煤在流化床中的热解Ⅱ.稀相段温度和停留时间对气体产物组成的影响 被引量:9

摘要 采用小型流化床热解装置对神木煤流化床浓相段热解产物在稀相段的二次反应进行了研究。流化床浓相段温度为600℃,稀相段温度为580~1000℃。气体在稀相段的停留时间为0.07~12s。实验得到了稀相段温度及停留时间对气相产物组成的影响规律,并对稀相段气相产物生成反应进行了动力学关联,得到了相应的动力学参数。 Shenmu bituminous coal (sized 45~80 mesh) was pyrolyzed in a fluidized bed reactor Temperatures of dense phase and freeboard of the fluidized bed can be controlled independently In this study, the dense phase temperature was maintained at 600℃ and the freeboard temperature was varied in the range of 580 ̄1000℃ The gas residence time in the freeboard was changed from 0 07 to 12s The effects of temperature and gas residence time in the freeboard on gaseous product composition were investigated A simple kinetic model for gaseous product formation in the freeboard was given
