摘要
通过电沉积热解方法在Fe3Al表面制得Y2O3薄膜。对有、无薄膜Fe3Al试样在900℃空气中非等周期循环氧化,发现表面施加Y2O3薄膜能够显著改善氧化膜的塑性和粘附性,提高Fe3Al的抗高温氧化性能。
A uniform, dense and defect free Y 2O 3 thin film, which is amorphous at room temperature, was applied on the surface of Fe 3Al by electrodeposition reaction sintering method. The effects of this film on the irregular cyclic oxidation of Fe 3Al at 900 ℃ in the air were studied. It is proved that, by surface applied Y 2O 3 thin film, the plasticity and adherence of Al 2O 3 scales are improved, and the cyclic oxidation resistance of Fe 3Al is also increased.
