摘要
目的观察中药灌肠配合体外高频热疗治疗慢性盆腔炎的疗效。方法60例患者随机分组进行治疗比较,治疗组30例采用中药灌肠配合体外高频热疗;对照组30例采用抗生素静脉滴注。结果治疗组总有效率100%,对照组总有效率83.8%,两组疗效比较,差异有显著意义。结论中药灌肠配合体外高频热疗治疗慢性盆腔炎疗效较佳。
Objective Observe the effect of high-frequency hyperthermia enema with in vitro treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease therapy. Methods Sixty patients were randomly treated groups compared to the treatment group 60 cases using chinese medicine enema in vitro with high-frequency hyperthermia control group of 30 patients using antibiotics intravenously. Results He total efficiency were 100%. The control group total effective 83.3 % , the difference was significant. Conclusion In vitro medicine enema with high-frequency hyperthermia treatment of chronic in flammation-cavity effect better.
