摘要
在加压条件下考察了聚—r—氨丙基硅氧烷钯络合物催化剂(PCA)对丁炔二醇和烯丙醇的催化氢化反应。指出了题示PCA在适当提高初压时,对丁炔二醇及烯丙醇有很高的催化活性。得出了催化剂的N/Pd摩尔比与以底物为基准的质量分数表示的催化剂使用浓度c之间的定量关系。实验表明,其比值N/Pdc,趋近于一个定值35时,可以得到转化率高。
A polymer palladium complex, which is prepared by palladium (Ⅱ) chloride and poly—r—aminopropylsiloxane supportted on white carbon, is very active for hydrogenation of 2—butyne—1.4—diol and ally1 alcohol at room temperature under 3.0~5.0 MPa hydrogen pressure. A quantitative relation between the mole ratio of N/Pd and concentration of catalyst used c expresed as GS=N/Pd c is obtained. The test shows a good result, including conversion rate、 selectivity and high activity when GS is about 35.
