摘要
用颗粒状琼脂代替植物细胞从实验上系统研究了模拟植物细胞悬浮培养体系的流变特性。进而根据实验结果得出了模拟植物细胞悬浮培养体系的流动特性指数、稠度系数和表观粘度随植物细胞浓度的变化规律。
Rheological properties of simulated plant cell suspension culture systems are studied systematically through the experiment with granulated agar that replaces plant cells. According to experimental results, this paper obtains the functional relations of flow behavior index, consistency index and apparent viscosity with the parameter concentration of plant cells and studies preliminarily the rheological properties of simulated plant cell suspension two phase culture systems. The results show that as volumetric concentration of plant cells (c) increases, flow behavior index (n) decreases gradually from 1, then the rate of flow behavior index decreasing increases and at last decreases, and n is 0.36 at c=55 %. As volumetric concentration of organic solvents is less that 10%, organic solvents have small effects on rheological properties of plant cell suspension culture systems.
