摘要
将邻联茴香胺(ODA)H2O2辣根过氧化物酶(HRP)伏安酶联免疫分析体系应用于测定南芥菜花叶病毒(ArabicMosaicVirusArMV)、黄瓜花叶病毒(CucumberMosaicVirusCMV)、南方菜豆花叶病毒(SouthernBeanMosaicVirusSBMV)和芜菁花叶病毒(TurnipMosaicVirusTuMV)等四种重要植物病毒,其灵敏度高于酶联免疫吸附显色光度法(ELISA)。
Arabic mosaic virus(ArMV),cucumber mosaic virus(CMV),southern bean mosaic virus(SBMV)and turnip mosaic virus(TuMV) have been detected by voltammetric enzyme linked immunoassay based on o dianisidine(ODA) H 2O 2 horseradish peroxidase(HRP) system.The highest dilution ratios to detect the leaf saps infected by ARMV,CMV,SBMV and TuMV were :1∶1×10 5,1∶2.5×10 4,1∶2.5×10 6 and 1∶5×10 5,and the detection ranges 1∶10~1∶1×10 5,1∶10~1∶2.5×10 4,1∶5×10 2~1∶2.5×10 6and 1∶2.5×10 3~1∶5×10 5,respectively. The sensitivity of the presented method was higher than that of the enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA) method.
