摘要
目的探讨2006年上海地区急性呼吸道病毒感染的病原学分布。方法建立并优化同时检测流感H1N1亚型、流感H3N2亚型、流感B(Flu B)型、呼吸道合胞体病毒(RSV)的多重聚合酶链反应(Multiplex PCR)方法,并对2006年上海地区112份呼吸道感染患者标本进行检测。结果多重PCR方法能在7h内完成检测,特异性较好;112份样品中共检出H3N2 12株,FluB5株,RSV1株,总检测率为16.1%。结论初步建立能同时检测4种病毒的多重PCR方法;上海地区2006年流感H3N2亚型呈散发流行。
Objective To investigate the virus distribution of acute respiratory infection in Shanghai in 2006. Methods A multiplex PCR method was developed and optimized by which Influenza virus subtype H1N1, H3N2, Influenza virus B and respiratory syncytial virus (RSV) can be simultaneously identified, and with this method 112 specimens from Shanghai hospitals were analyzed. Results The method is capable to fulfill the detection within 7 hours with a high specificity. The total detecting rate was 16.2% (H3N2 10.7%, Flu B 4.5%, RSV 1%). Conclusion A rapid, specific multiplex PCR method for the simultaneous detection has been primarily studied. The Influenza virus subtype H3N2 is predominant in acute respiratory infection in Shanghai in 2006.
