摘要
将反应精馏技术应用于苯氯化气液反应体系,并进行了连续反应精馏实验,使苯单程转化率达99%、氯苯选择性达97%。实验测得了各种操作参数下塔内的浓度分布,探索了适宜的工艺条件。
Reactive Distillation Technique(RDT) was used to gas liquid consecutive reaction of chlorination of benzene to monochlorobenzene. Experiments on continuous reaction distillation were made in a sieved plate column made of glass. High conversion of benzene(99%) and high selectivity of monochlorobenzene(97%) was achieved. The various distributions of concentration along the column have been measured. The suitable operation conditions of the process have been determined.
